I am currently identifying global instances of Institutional Decoupling and Ghost Code. Use this portal to suggest a specific system or public-domain event for a Structural Diagnosis. I do not accept proprietary or confidential data.

Selected submissions will be developed into Case Studies and Monographs to be published on this website. Contributors will be credited by name (or pseudonym) as the Lead Observer for the case.

Before submitting, I recommend reviewing the Monographs and Case Studies already published on this site. This will provide a baseline for the level of structural detail and forensic evidence required for a submission to be selected for development.
